Acies is a highly client focused and collaborative organization. Every person is assigned a counselor who is responsible for mentoring and providing career guidance. The counsellor is also the primary reporting and engagement point. Every person is assigned to a Business Leader and Geography Leader. Business and Geography Leaders guide the person on business strategy and provide opportunities to work on diverse projects.


While people are assigned to a specific business line and geography, they are expected to work across business lines and geographies. People are expected to collaborate with a wide range of client and Acies personnel across levels and work as part of outcome-oriented teams.

Acies is a global organization with clients and business interests across geographies. Travel for both
short and long-term is expected for most roles. Specific requirements of travel for this role are as follows:


- Long-term travel (6-12 months a year) expected: Yes

Travel is dependent on nature and location of projects as well as the role of specific people on the project.

Detailed expectations from role:


Key responsibility areas:

- Experience in playing a key role in delivering complex change projects in the financial and regulatory reporting space and / or track record of delivering continuous process improvements through technology and non-technology solutions


- Independently lead and manage implementation engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, insurance companies covering automation of regulatory and risk reporting

- Play a key role in project planning for system implementation which includes developing detailed plans, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, stakeholder co-ordination

- Explain and lead client conversation on the features of the product and explain how the business requirements are met


- Lead and design the development of the solution covering data management, computations and end state reporting outputs


- Pro-active approach to process improvement and query resolution

- Understanding of financial products and how they impact reporting requirements, and more generically the financial services business, balance sheet and P&L

- Focus on total client relationship and servicing a broad range of client needs, manage provision of end-to-end delivery of solution to existing and new clients

- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and generate regular status reports for management to highlight processes, challenges, and key milestones

- Lead and responsible for team mentoring, project management and client delivery

- Drive the day-to-day execution of assigned client projects

- Understand the client's business, key strategic essentials of the client, industry and market dynamics, and make/ implement recommendations appropriate for the client's business needs to drive continuous improvement and generate value

- Stakeholder management in a project along with project management

- Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India

- Period of engagement: Full-time position

- Probation period: 6 months

- Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person.

- Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.

- Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion

- Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and
paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.
