Project Manager - Real Estate

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end construction of low-rise residential projects such as builder floors, villas, and farmhouses.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, vendor management, and ensuring timely project delivery as per quality and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of the planning and execution of residential construction projects.

- Coordinate between architects, consultants, site teams, contractors, and vendors.

- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, work schedules, and resource allocation.

- Supervise on-site progress through regular visits and ensure adherence to drawings and BOQs.

- Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee procurement and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely material availability.

- Identify project risks or delays and implement corrective actions proactively.

- Maintain documentation and provide regular progress updates to management.

- Ensure safety protocols and site discipline at all times

Candidate Requirements:

- 4 to 7 years of experience managing, project management.

- Strong knowledge of project planning, costing, contracts, and execution.

- MBA Preferred
