Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the planning and execution of residential construction projects.
- Coordinate between architects, consultants, site teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, work schedules, and resource allocation.
- Supervise on-site progress through regular visits and ensure adherence to drawings and BOQs.
- Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee procurement and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely material availability.
- Identify project risks or delays and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Ensure safety protocols and site discipline at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of experience managing, project management.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, costing, contracts, and execution.
- MBA Preferred
