We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Professional Services to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple client-facing projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
This role demands strong ownership, structured project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full project lifecycle: initiation to closure
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with strict timelines and budgets
- Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and change management
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective resource allocation
- Manage customer communication and stakeholder expectations
- Track project financials, effort estimation, and cost control
- Ensure high-quality documentation (BRDs, plans, status reports, closure docs)
- Support pre-sales through scoping and identifying growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Project Management
- Strong experience managing enterprise client engagements
- Proven track record of handling multiple parallel projects
- Hands-on experience with project financials, estimation, and governance
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
- Experience working in matrix organizations
Mandatory Certifications:
- PMP or PRINCE2
- Scrum Master Certification
Education - Minimum 15 years of full-time education
