Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager with 4-7 years of experience managing projects across any industry or domain. The ideal candidate should hold a valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and possess strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain project governance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
- 4-7 years of experience in project management across any industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
