PMP or Prince2 certified in or before 2010.  2. Analytical bend of mind in order to understand the business needs and the workflow of the management and the administration tasks.  Job Description:  The candidate will need to understand & comprehend client requirements and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include -:  1. Support project initiatives, including identifying and analyzing preliminary business needs, budget considerations, time and resources estimates, defining the project scope and objectives, and getting business user sign-off.  2. Participates in departmental strategic and budgetary planning processes; provides recommendations on policies and goals desired; and implements new/revised programs according to established guidelines.  3. Overall management and co-ordination of the project.  4. Defining the project organization and ensuring Project resources are In place.  5. Managing and leading the project team.  6. Managing co-ordination of the work streams and teams engaged in Project work.  7. Ensures clear communication paths within the Project team and client and supplier.  8. Setting and agreeing project approach and ensuring integration of work streams.  9. Directing the production of a detailed, integrated Project plan.  10. Managing Project dependencies and deliverables in line with the Project plan.  11. Overall monitoring of Project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID).   12. Managing specific project issues and risks and escalating where necessary.  13. Monitoring of, and responding to, issues escalated by the work streams.  14. Resolving cross-functional issues at Project level.  15. Managing Project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.  16. Monitoring project progress and performance and managing against the Project budget.  17. Providing status reports to the Programme Manager and Programme Board.  18. Liaision with, and updates progress to, programme board/ senior management.  19. Co-ordination of and input to the requirements and design.  20. Ensure the requirements team and work streams work closely with users to ensure the Project meets business needs.  21. Day to day management of the work stream leads.  Work Conditions:  1.
