Project Manager - OTC Derivatives & FICC

Senior Program Manager FICC OTC Derivatives

- 12+ years of experience in Program/Project Management within Investment Banking, with strong expertise in OTC Derivatives and FICC products.

- Extensive experience across the end-to-end trade lifecycle and Front-to-Back (F2B) transformation programs in the FICC OTC domain.

- Proven ability to independently lead large-scale transformation initiatives with minimal oversight.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership, business, operations, and technology teams globally.

- Demonstrated expertise in program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, risk and issue management, and executive communications.

- Experience driving delivery across cross-functional teams using Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful program execution in complex banking environments.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to regulatory and market infrastructure changes impacting OTC derivatives.

- Experience with trade processing, confirmations, settlements, collateral management, and post-trade operations.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and enterprise PMO/governance frameworks.
