Role Overview:

- The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multi-disciplinary Oil & Gas projects within schedule, cost, and quality parameters.

- The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in leading complex engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities in offshore or onshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for offshore/onshore Oil & Gas projects.

- Define project scope, deliverables, and schedules while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.

- Coordinate between engineering, construction, commissioning, and QA/QC teams for seamless project integration.

- Interface with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and communication.

- Manage multidisciplinary engineering activities across Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, and

Instrumentation domains.

- Oversee risk management, HSE compliance, and quality assurance across all phases.

- Lead project status reviews, progress reporting, and resource allocation.

- Ensure project deliverables comply with international standards and client specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation).

- 15+ years of project management experience in the Oil & Gas / EPC industry.

- Proven experience in multi-disciplinary and offshore project environments.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills across global teams.

- PMP certification (preferred).

Additional Details:

- Oil & Gas experience is mandatory.

- Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.
