Project Manager - Non-IT Projects - Global Insurance Brokerage firm - 13+ Years - Pune (UK Shift)

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead Non-IT projects within Change and Operations team. The role emphasizes change management, governance, reporting, and portfolio management, working with senior stakeholders across global locations.

Location- Pune (UK Shift - Hybrid Mode)

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be:

1. Leading and monitoring non-IT portfolio, program, and change initiatives aligned to business priorities.

2. Preparing governance documents, management dashboards, and executive-level reports.

3. Driving change management activities while collaborating with onshore and offshore stakeholders.

4. Supporting business analysis activities including requirement gathering, impact analysis, and process documentation.

5. Tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

Requirements:

1. 13+ years of experience in Project Management, Change Management, Business Operations, or Consulting.

2. Proven expertise in Non-IT projects (insurance/financial services preferred).

3. Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to Power BI / MS Project is an advantage.

4. Certification is mandatory - PMP or Prince2 Practitioner.

5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
