Project Manager - Merger & Acquisition - IT

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join a leading global organization.

This role is part of a high-impact change management and integration team, driving projects across geographies and business divisions.

What Youll Do :

- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple regions.

- Define scope, timelines, costs, and benefits for key initiatives.

- Manage diverse project teams, vendors, and technology partners.

- Drive organizational change, business analysis, and governance.

- Prepare high-impact reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.

- Support strategic growth, mergers, and integration projects.

What were Looking For :

- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Consulting.

- Strong exposure to Insurance / Financial Services industries.

- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

- Hands-on expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio); Power BI is a plus.

- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
