Hiring: Project Manager M&A Integration

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager M&A Integration to drive the successful integration of acquired businesses into our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex business initiatives.

You will work closely with leadership and multiple business functions to ensure seamless integration across operations, technology, finance, legal, HR, client servicing, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquired businesses.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and ownership across workstreams.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of integration activities.

- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution.

- Prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership.

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across internal and external teams.

- Support organizational change management by enabling smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

- Drive cultural integration through onboarding, knowledge transfer, and collaboration initiatives.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, trackers, integration playbooks, and lessons learned to improve future integration efforts.

Required Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, or Business Transformation roles.

- Exposure to post-merger integration, acquisitions, business transformation, or consulting is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with structured execution and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

- Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across multiple business functions.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, fintech, or investment management.

- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change management.

- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting relationships.

- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
