
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - MEP & Facility Management (Technical) to lead end-to-end project execution and oversee facility operations across multiple locations. The role involves managing MEP projects from concept to completion while ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of all technical systems
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management (MEP):
- Lead execution of MEP projects including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, IBMS, Civil & Interiors.
- Manage complete project lifecycle: site sourcing, design coordination, planning, budgeting, execution, and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders for design and engineering finalization.
- Ensure timely delivery within approved budgets and quality standards.
Tendering & Commercial Management:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Float tenders, evaluate bids, and negotiate with contractors/vendors.
- Finalize contracts and manage commercial aspects including billing and payments.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Facility Management & Operations:
- Oversee operation & maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, fire systems, and utilities across multiple branches/offices.
- Manage AMCs for DG sets, UPS systems, transformers, and other critical assets.
- Ensure uptime and reliability of all critical infrastructure.
Budgeting & Cost Optimization:
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for projects and facility operations.
- Track expenses and implement cost control measures.
- Analyze utility consumption and drive efficiency initiatives.
Vendor & Team Management:
- Manage vendors, contractors, and technical teams.
- Ensure effective manpower planning and productivity.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and performance standards.
Safety, Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Manage statutory approvals and compliance (Electrical, Fire, Labour, Municipal authorities).
Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
- Provide regular MIS reports to management.
- Maintain documentation for projects, contracts, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal business teams for smooth handover and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in banking, infrastructure, manufacturing, or facility management sectors
- Exposure to multi-site project execution and facility operations
