Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from planning to execution and closure.

- Coordinate with internal teams, partner institute, vendors, manufacturers, and other project stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of operational, technical, and vendor-related issues.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Program, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Proactively identify project risks and develop solutions to ensure timely and effective delivery.

- Prepare project plans, progress reports, MIS, review presentations, and management updates.

- Undertake field visits, site assessments, vendor meetings, and project reviews as required.

- Develop a strong understanding of the medical equipment market, including key national and international manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and technology providers.

- Research and evaluate available medical equipment, technologies, and solutions based on project requirements, quality, functionality, cost, and suitability.

- Coordinate with vendors and partners for equipment specifications, quotations, technical evaluations, procurement, installation, and handover.

- Track and manage variations in project scope, equipment specifications, costs, timelines, and requirements, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation.

- Support preparation of technical specifications, BOQs, comparative statements, project proposals, and procurement-related documents.

- Conduct market benchmarking and maintain an updated understanding of national and international biomedical equipment trends and standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong project management and execution skills.

- Good understanding of the medical equipment / biomedical equipment ecosystem.

- Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate healthcare requirements into appropriate equipment solutions.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

- 8 - 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in healthcare projects, medical equipment, biomedical equipment, healthcare technology.

- Experience in managing projects involving medical/biomedical equipment procurement, installation, implementation, or deployment will be preferred.
