Project Manager - Legal Services

Client-facing role:

- Experience with Relativity/iConect/any other industry standard platform etc.

- Manage 4 simultaneous projects across 3 to 4 clients depending on the client and project size

- Prepare SOW: Understand all client requirements, typical project specs, reporting and is closely aligned with the Client Project/Review Managers

- Create project budgets in conjunction with client and seek their approval; strict adherence to the budget

- Create internal project workflows including technical workflows (searches, layouts, QC, analytics etc.)

- Coordinate internal training plans for projects from dedicated clients

- Responsible for overall quality and productivity on their respective client projects

- Provides oversights for project and technical workflows and challenges; collaborating on with internal teams to resolve issues and continue smooth working

Team and People Management:

- Typically has team of 2 APMs, 3-4 TLs, 60-80 Sr Associates/Associates

- Handle team escalations; giving feedbacks

- Mentoring and identifying team members for growth

- Performance Management

- Must be an attorney

- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years as a PM in legal industry across eDiscovery services

- CIR/MDR experience

- People management

- Dealing with challenging team members and the outcome

- Be a mentor to APMs and TLs

- Communication: Written and verbal - excellent English skills

Technology:

- Relativity and other major platforms

- Rel Certification is preferred
