Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects from concept development through detailed design, documentation, and execution. The role combines strong design and technical expertise with project leadership, BIM integration, sustainability, multidisciplinary coordination, and client management.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience delivering complex projects across public realm, hospitality, residential, and urban infrastructure typologies, with strong proficiency in BIM tools and digital project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of landscape architecture projects from concept through execution.

- Manage projects across typologies including public realm, hospitality, residential, urban infrastructure, and mixed-use developments.

- Develop and manage BIM models for complex landscape projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and digital delivery standards.

- Establish and maintain BIM documentation, drawing standards, LOD requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and project protocols.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client-specific BIM requirements.

- Integrate sustainable design principles, low-impact development strategies, and site-specific environmental considerations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, civil engineers, structural teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of landscape design with the overall project.

- Lead and support clash detection, model coordination, model validation, and issue resolution using tools such as Navisworks and BIM 360.

- Prepare and review construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, details, and other project documentation.

- Conduct regular design reviews, QA/QC checks, technical workshops, and coordination meetings with project teams and clients.

- Monitor project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, deliverables, and technical quality.

- Identify project risks, coordination issues, and design or execution constraints and drive timely resolution.

- Lead client presentations, design reviews, progress meetings, and technical discussions and ensure alignment with project expectations.

- Manage and mentor junior landscape architects and technical team members, promoting knowledge sharing and capability development.

- Collaborate with project leadership and internal teams to establish efficient design and delivery processes.

- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies including AI-enabled design workflows, parametric design, digital coordination, and environmental analysis tools.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM, design, documentation, and project delivery standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8 - 13 years of professional experience with at least 3 - 5 years in a project leadership or project management role.

- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects from concept to construction and execution.

- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks and familiarity with other BIM platforms.

- Experience with BIM 360, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar visualization/coordination tools is preferred.

- Working knowledge of site planning, grading, hardscape detailing, horticulture, planting design, and sustainable landscape systems.

- Good understanding of BIM coordination, LOD, BEP, ISO 19650, and digital project delivery workflows.

- Experience preparing and reviewing construction documentation, BOQs, specifications, and technical details.

- Familiarity with SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, or similar conceptual and parametric design tools is an advantage.

- Good understanding of applicable local codes, NBC, MoEF guidelines, and relevant landscape/design standards.

- Proven experience managing teams, project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.

- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to lead presentations, design discussions, and technical workshops.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
