Location: Noida Experience: 8-12 Years Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead IT services projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project execution within an IT services environment, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, define timelines, manage resources, and ensure timely execution of IT projects. - Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, requirement alignment, and issue resolution. - Team Leadership: Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and DevOps to drive delivery across multiple project streams. - Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delivery impact. - Agile Methodologies: Drive Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and promote iterative delivery using tools like Jira and Confluence. - Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality and compliance standards. - Reporting: Maintain visibility through regular project reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates. Required Qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience in project management within the IT services industry. - Strong technical foundation, preferably with prior experience as a software engineer or developer. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. - PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are preferred but not mandatory
