Project Manager - IT Infrastructure

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure, monitoring, cloud, and observability initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

- 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience within enterprise IT organizations.

- 5+ years leading infrastructure, monitoring, cloud, IT operations, or observability initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple integrated platforms.

- Experience managing globally distributed teams, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches.

- Experience with executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

4. AWS Cloud Services

5. Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

8. Enterprise Observability Platforms

9. Operational Scorecards and KPI Reporting

10. Database Platforms and Data Integration Solutions

11. IT Service Management (ITSM)

12. CMDB and Service Mapping
