Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong expertise in enterprise data storage technologies (Hitachi, Dell EMC, HPE, NetApp, etc.) along with experience managing large-scale security software deployment projects within financial services environments.

The role involves end-to-end management of complex storage infrastructure and security transformation initiatives, including storage migrations, replication setups, multi-datacenter architectures, disaster recovery implementations, and enterprise security solution rollouts. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure technical alignment, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget while adhering to strict compliance and security standards applicable to financial organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects focused on enterprise data storage and security software deployments.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute storage migration projects (block, file, and object storage) ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.

- Oversee implementation of storage replication solutions, including synchronous/asynchronous replication, SRDF, TrueCopy, GAD, MetroCluster, etc.

- Manage setup and configuration of two-datacenter (2DC) and three-datacenter (3DC) disaster recovery architectures, ensuring resilience and RPO/RTO compliance.

- Drive deployment and implementation of enterprise security solutions such as Endpoint Security, PAM, SIEM, DLP, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Backup Security, and Compliance Tools.

- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, network, application, and compliance teams for seamless integration of security platforms.

- Ensure adherence to security, audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements relevant to financial institutions.

- Collaborate with storage architects and engineers to design scalable and secure storage infrastructures aligned with business requirements.

- Track project progress using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and maintain project documentation.

- Coordinate testing, validation, cutover planning, security assessments, and post-implementation support activities.

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

- Work closely with OEMs and cybersecurity vendors for delivery, support, and escalation management.

- Communicate project status through dashboards, governance reviews, stakeholder meetings, and steering committee presentations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise data storage and/or security deployment projects.

- Strong expertise in storage platforms such as:

- Hitachi VSP

- Dell EMC PowerMax / Unity

- HPE 3PAR / Primera

- NetApp ONTAP

- Proven experience managing security software deployment projects within Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services organizations.

Strong understanding of:

- Storage Migration Methodologies

- Replication Technologies

- Disaster Recovery Architectures (2DC/3DC)

- Enterprise Security Frameworks

- Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, RBI Guidelines, PCI-DSS, SOC, and related regulatory frameworks.

- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and coordinating with global stakeholders.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and ServiceNow.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certifications preferred.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
