Project Manager - IT Delivery

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely, quality delivery while managing stakeholder expectations and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality standards

- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

- Conduct status reviews and governance reporting

- Optimize resource allocation and monitor project financials

- Support presales activities and project estimations

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 8 to 15 years in Project/Program Management

- Strong experience managing AI/Technology projects

- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

- Proficiency in Project Planning, Delivery Governance, and Stakeholder Management

- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools

- Domain Requirement: Prior experience in Lease Management or Real Estate domain is mandatory

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
