Project Manager - IT

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to spearhead complex technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high velocity within engineering teams.

- Implement robust reporting mechanisms using tools like Jira and Planview to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into project health and risk mitigation.

- Bridge the gap between technical requirements and client expectations by translating complex business needs into actionable development tasks.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale IT projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven ability to pivot strategies based on project complexity.

- Advanced proficiency in project governance tools such as Jira and Planview, ensuring data-driven decision-making and precise budget tracking.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and negotiate priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- Possession of active certifications such as CSM or CSPO to validate a deep understanding of modern delivery frameworks.
