Project Manager - IT

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring successful project outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules

- Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets

- Track project progress and adjust plans as needed

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and leadership

- Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and reviews

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, design, and business

- Manage vendor and third-party relationships when applicable

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and governance models

- Manage change requests, scope creep, and impact analysis

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business expectations

- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries

- Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, and lessons learned

- Ensure proper handover and project closure activities

Technical & Methodological Skills:

- Strong experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies

- Familiarity with SDLC and product development lifecycles

- Tools: JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar

- Budget tracking and financial management basics

- Understanding of risk and dependency management
