We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, organizational skills, and strategic thinking to drive projects from initiation to closure while ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

- Track project progress, performance metrics, and prepare regular status reports

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies or manage Waterfall projects as required

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and quality benchmarks

- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in [IT/Software/Business domains]

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello)

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization abilities

- Bachelors / master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
