Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead transactional and subscription-based projects, ensuring successful delivery of customer business outcomes. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, align project objectives with business goals, and manage the project lifecycle from planning through execution while maintaining high-quality standards, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for medium-sized customer projects.
- Provide vision, strategy, and alignment with business objectives to ensure project success.
- Hold project teams and customers accountable for timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Manage up to five projects simultaneously, balancing complexity and dependencies.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project metrics, milestones, financials, and profitability.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing appropriate response strategies.
- Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders through status reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
Scope & Change Management
- Implement project structure and processes to enable successful delivery.
- Ensure scope management and a formal Change Management process are in place and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate contract changes, partner deliveries, and third-party technical resources as required.
Business Development & Community Contribution
- Identify opportunities for additional business and provide input into presales or renewal evaluations.
- Contribute to the internal Project Management community by sharing lessons learned and best practices.
Role Requirements & Expertise:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- 4-6 years of project management experience in a comparable industry, preferably IT or telecom-centric environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage moderate-risk projects with multiple dependencies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and financial oversight.
- Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Scope & Complexity:
- Manages up to five medium-sized customer projects simultaneously.
- Projects may involve new or existing technology, with moderate risk and medium volume of dependencies.
