Project Manager - IT

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes while managing risks, timelines, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors

- Track project progress and manage dependencies, risks, and issues

- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders

- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as applicable

- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation

- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Ensure quality standards and compliance throughout the project lifecycle

- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

- 5-7 years of experience in project management

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

- Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Asana

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
