Role Summary:

Byteridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and timelines. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement detailed project plans and comprehensive documentation.

- Lead project teams, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and timely completion of deliverables.

- Monitor and control project progress through structured tracking and reporting mechanisms.

- Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively to maintain project health.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders from initiation to closure.

- Maintain alignment with Agile delivery methodologies and organizational quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, including at least 1 year in IT (Web/Mobile) project management.

- Bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech - IT or Computer Science.

- Proven experience in managing SDLC projects using Agile methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of project estimation, planning, tracking, scope management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

- Technical familiarity with Azure, AWS, Android, iOS, and .Net platforms.

- Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2.

- Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Office applications.

Competencies:

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate, mentor, and guide project teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently across geographies.

Additional Information:

- All positions at Byteridge are primarily Work from Home. However, candidates may be required to work at client locations based on project needs or performance considerations.
