Job Summary:.

- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager from the Investment Banking domain to lead end-to-end project delivery across critical initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial products, capital markets, and regulatory environments, coupled with strong stakeholder and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead cross-functional project teams delivering investment banking and capital market solutions.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.

- Collaborate with business users, operations, technology, and compliance teams to gather and validate requirements.

- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; manage risk, scope, and budget.

- Ensure adherence to governance standards, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.

- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency within project delivery.

- Mentor and guide junior team members where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:.

- 9+ years of experience in project management within the Investment Banking or Capital Markets domain.

- Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc. ) and investment banking workflows.

- Hands-on experience in Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.

- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and multi-vendor environments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
