Project Manager - International Change - Settlements PMO

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage senior stakeholders and leadership communication.

- Drive project governance, RAID management and issue resolution.

- Manage budgets, cost tracking and financial reporting.

- Resource capacity planning and forecasting.

- Build business cases, ROI analysis and investment justification.

- Lead migration planning, execution and go-live activities.

- Maintain project documentation, status reports, JIRA and Confluence tracking.

- Coordinate across Technology, Operations and Business teams.

Required Skills :

- Investment Banking / Global Markets project management experience.

- Settlements / Post Trade / Operations transformation exposure.

- Agile / Waterfall / PM methodologies.

- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.

- Risk, governance and regulatory change experience.

- Experience with Broadridge solutions (GLOSS / BRx) preferred.
