Project Manager-Integration(3rd Party Integration & System Integration) Program Manager - Integrations: Role is responsible for the overall product management of system integration initiatives. This includes the planning, designing, development, implementation, and maintenance of integration between different IT systems and equipment used in jewellery retail business. Key deliverables: - Identify, design, plan, develop, implement, and maintain of integration between different IT systems, and equipment used in jewellery retail business. - Identify, design, and implement data integration framework for seamless flow of masters and transactions data between different systems to ensure single view of truth (data) across all systems. Manage API framework. - Collaborate with business users and equipment suppliers to define integration requirements, objectives, understand integration protocols, options and integrations tools. Work with a vendors/partner to ensure that integrations are developed, tested and delivered as per plan. - Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop migaration strategies to address potential issues and challenges during integration projects. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the integration projects. - Oversee and manage integration projects within the digital and technology landscape. - Drive effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation through system integrations. Requirements: - Proven experience (5+ years) as product/application integration manager, leading team to manage integration across Jewellery retail applica7ons landscape, CDP, API Libraries and related cloud based applica7ons. - Strong knowledge of integration technologies, systems, and platforms relevant to the jewellery Retail business and applications. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans. - Familiarity with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements related to Indian jewellery Retail industry. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Result-oriented and customer first mindset. - Passion for the Retail and jewellery industry. - Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering.
