Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a dedicated background in project management and a strong preference for domain knowledge in the insurance sector.

- The ideal candidate will be pivotal in leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a professional who can masterfully navigate both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, seamlessly manage stakeholders, and drive AI adoption within the delivery function to enhance productivity and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Demonstrate proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, tailoring the approach to project requirements while ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely deliverables.

- Identify and assess project risks, developing robust mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

- Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, including business units, development teams, and executive leadership, by providing effective communication on project progress, risks, and achievements.

- Monitor project budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to ensure optimal resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

- Uphold and enforce quality standards by implementing best practices, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring adherence to all project specifications.

- Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into delivery processes, including automating documentation, reporting, risk prediction, and resource optimization.

- Align AI capabilities within the product (e.g., claims automation, fraud detection) with delivery processes to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of dedicated project management experience, with 10-15 years of overall professional experience.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Proven experience in various estimation techniques and pre-sales.

- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, and maintain a results-driven focus.
