Role Overview :

InnoQuest is looking for highly motivated individuals for the role of Project Manager-Insurance Business for their clients in the Insurance and Risk consulting business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure successful project execution.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance, ensuring projects remain within allocated resources.

- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly, ensuring transparency and alignment.

- Ensure projects adhere to regulatory compliance standards and internal policies, mitigating potential risks and ensuring legal adherence.

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively to maintain positive relationships.

- Oversee the implementation of BI/DW solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for business intelligence and reporting purposes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT/Non IT projects from initiation to closure, delivering successful outcomes within budget and timeline constraints.

- Proven expertise in business analysis, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable project plans.

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements within the insurance industry and the ability to ensure projects adhere to these standards.

- PMP certification is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to project management best practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, facilitating ceremonies, and promoting iterative development.

- Solid understanding of BI/DW concepts and technologies, with the ability to oversee the implementation of data-driven solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and influence decision-making.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
