Roles and Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage end-to-end insurance projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.


- Establish and monitor governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and IFRS standards.


- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.


- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and provide consistent project updates.


- Drive and support digital transformation initiatives within the insurance domain to enhance

operational efficiency and customer experience.


- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, finance, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.


- Track project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability.


- Prepare and present detailed project reports, risk assessments, and governance updates to senior management and stakeholders.


- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and enterprise risk management practices.


Skills Required:


- Proven experience in managing projects within the insurance sector.


- Strong understanding of IFRS standards and their impact on insurance operations and reporting.


- Hands-on experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.


- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.


- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and regulated environment.


- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in insurance (preferred).


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.


- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.


Education:


- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
