Project Manager - Hybrid Projects - Renewable Energy & Sustainability

Role Summary - The Project Manager for Hybrid Projects leads planning, engineering coordination, and execution tracking for integrated Wind, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Based at the Head Office, New Delhi.

[Travelling to Site Locations 7-15 days in a month]

This role acts as the primary link between executive leadership, site construction units, technology partners, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Governance: Define project scopes, detailed baselines, corporate budgets, and critical path timelines.

- Hybrid Systems Coordination: Oversee integrated engineering layouts to optimize co-located Wind, Solar, and BESS packages.

- Vendor & Supply Chain Liaison: Lead technical evaluations for tier-1 equipment manufacturers, contractors, and consultants.

- Progress Tracking: Monitor project delivery lifecycles against KPIs and deliver consolidated progress reports to the executive board.

- Grid & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with engineering and legal teams to align with grid interconnection codes and commercial agreements.

- Risk & Financial Management: Anticipate roadblocks, handle change orders, and monitor cash flows to safeguard project margins.
