Retrofit Project Manager

We are hiring for a globally recognized leader in air management and HVAC engineering solutions, delivering high-performance systems across pharma, food processing, and industrial environments.

- This is a critical role responsible for end-to-end execution of HVAC retrofit projects, ensuring seamless coordination between design, production, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage execution of HVAC retrofit projects, especially in pharma & regulated industries

- Coordinate with Design, Production & PPC teams for manufacturing and execution alignment

- Review & secure approvals for: HVAC shop drawings, MEP coordination drawings

- Method statements & project specifications

- Handle BOQ preparation, AHU zoning, pressure classification & load calculations

- Ensure readiness of ducting, fittings, chilled water piping & related systems prior to installation

- Drive site coordination and ensure execution as per timelines

- Enforce safety standards & compliance across all project activities

- Support pre-commissioning & commissioning of HVAC systems

- Manage project revenue tracking and collections

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Mechanical Engineer with 15+ years of HVAC project execution experience

- Strong exposure to pharma / food industry HVAC projects

- Hands-on experience with: CAD for HVAC systems, VRF/VRV installation & commissioning

- Strong understanding of AHU systems, zoning & pressure classifications

- Experience in commissioning & validation processes
