Project Manager - High-Rise Construction Projects

A leading construction organization in Dubai is seeking a highly accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in high-rise building projects. The role demands strategic oversight, operational excellence, and strong leadership to deliver large-scale developments within defined timelines, budgets, and regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing complex construction projects from inception through completion within main contracting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and manage full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of high-rise construction projects

- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cost frameworks aligned with organizational objectives

- Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and financial resources

- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability and cost efficiency

- Ensure strict compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks

- Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and project alignment

- Monitor project progress through key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays

- Resolve complex technical and operational challenges with effective decision-making and problem-solving strategies

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project execution, safety practices, and operational efficiency

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline

- 15-20 years of progressive experience in construction, with a strong focus on high-rise building projects

- Demonstrated experience working with reputed main contracting companies

- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage large, diverse teams across multiple functions

- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements in Dubai

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- GCC project experience is highly preferred
