Project Manager - High Rise (8-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Execution of double basement excavation, shoring/strutting systems, and dewatering.
- Planning and execution of raft foundation and basement structural works.
- Management of 18-storey RCC structural construction (core & shell).
- Implementation of an optimised slab cycle (target 14-18 days per floor).
- Deployment and management of system formwork/aluminium formwork.
- Ensuring safety standards and statutory compliance for deep excavation and working at heights.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project schedule, cost, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure timely client billing and certification of subcontractor bills.
- Track project cash flow and profitability.
- Maintain DPRs, progress reports and MIS submissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 project involving deep basements (2 levels or more).
- Experience executing high-rise structures (15 floors and higher).
- Strong knowledge of excavation support systems, distempering, waterproofing, and RCC structural works.
- Experience with planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project preferred.
- Proven ability to lead large site teams (150+ workforce).
- Experience in hotels, commercial high-rises, or luxury residential towers.
- Experience with reputed EPC contractors.
- Strong execution-focused leadership and problem-solving ability.
