Title : Project Manager - Healthcare/Life Sciences  Position Reports to : Group Head   Job Purpose : Oversees the planning, implementation and tracks the project progress to successfully deliver on project objectives  Key Responsibilities :   - Responsible for the project delivery while ensuring seamless transition of customer requirements with internal teams to confirm successful implementation   - Being a process guardian, responsible for supervising the development, planning, implementation, tracking and closure of the projects   - Proactively addresses issues and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities  - Conducts self with superior interpersonal and collaboration skills to resolve conflicts and create lasting, productive partnerships among cross-functional teams and other key influencers   - Sets direction while driving alignment and effectively balances project priorities  - Proactively monitors business landscape (economic / competitor) to analyse the project / business impact   - Acquires and develops insights into the client's project objectives and activities with the goal to keep the internal teams updated   - Acts as point of contact to the client's project manager, provides escalation path and attends to customer issues promptly   - Drives open issues and decisions to closure. Ensure that the outcomes are clearly communicated   - Maintains sophisticated oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management  - Identifies training needs for team members (both personal/ professional development) and work closely with Line authority to implement the same.   Desired Skills & Competencies :   - Ability to manage in an environment with diverse stakeholders   - Thorough understanding of project management techniques and tools for various phases involving initiation, preparation, execution & control, and closure   - Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills  - Ability to appropriately align communications with intended audiences   - Strong organizational skills to be able to coordinate complex projects   - Strong team building and team management skills   - Motivated, execution-oriented high performance individual with strong focus on process   - Exhibit strong leadership by including appropriate people in decision making process   Desired Profile :  - Middle level professional with 5 - 8 years of experience in project management (preferably in Global services)   - Exposure to client relationship management and IT enabled services is mandatory  - Life sciences and FMHG background with experience in HealthCare Professional (HCP) engagement would be an advantage  - Project Management certification & Lean Six Sigma is preferred
