Project Manager - GTM Operations

Description:

- Project Manager, GTM Operations.

- Experience Required: 5+ years.

- Skills: Experienced in SaaS project management, B2B SaaS, Must have experience in CRM (Salesforce/ Hubspot), GTM Strategy, Marketing tools, AI tools and technologies, Excellent communication skills, Agile, Waterfall.

- Notice Period: 30 days.

- Shift: U.S Shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST).

- Process Details: Online Assessment/ Technical round/ Final round.

Job Responsibilities:

- Track and drive execution of all GTM initiatives: email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, partner outreach, and developer content.

- Own a single-source-of-truth GTM dashboard with weekly red/green/orange status updates tied to top-line revenue goals.

- Run weekly marketing and sales ops standups, surfacing gaps between planned activities and pipeline numbers.

- Coordinate partner channel development efforts, including email drip sequences and proactive partner engagement programs.

- Monitor web traffic trends and MQL-to-SQL conversion metrics; escalate risks early to leadership.

- Manage the GTM project tracker (Salesforce, Monday.com or internal tooling) and keep it current no updates living in people's heads.

- Work alongside Callbox and PLG vendors to align on timelines and deliverables.

- Leverage AI tools (Claude, automation workflows) to scale outreach and reduce manual effort.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Overall professional experience of 5+ years in relevant roles.

- 3+ years in project, program, or operations management in a B2B SaaS environment.

- Proven track record in Go-To-Market operations and strategy.

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing ops tools.

- Strong command of AI productivity tools and genuine curiosity about automation.

- Comfortable in data able to read pipeline reports and call out gaps clearly.

- Track record of holding cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill status into crisp summaries for leadership.
