We are looking for a PMP-certified Project Manager with strong experience in Commercial Operations, Business Transformation, and Cross-functional Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional and global commercial transformation projects.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other business functions.
- Manage projects related to Pricing, Sales Operations, CRM/Sales Tools, O2C, and commercial process improvement.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, governance, timelines, risks, and stakeholder management.
- Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and change management initiatives.
- Coordinate with global and APAC leadership teams.
Key Requirements:
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- 8+ years of relevant project/program management experience.
- Strong background in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Transformation.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a global/MNC environment.
- Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma and Change Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with APAC/global projects is preferred.
- Profiles from purely IT Project Management or Finance-only backgrounds may not be suitable.
