Project Manager - Furniture/Office Fittings

About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, including delivery, installation, logistics, warehousing and customer coordination. The role will involve managing multiple projects and ensuring timely and successful completion.

Candidates with experience in furniture project execution, interior fit-outs, workplace solutions, installation projects or commercial project management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects from planning to final completion.

- Coordinate with customers, vendors, logistics, procurement and installation teams.

- Track project timelines, deliveries, installation schedules and project costs.

- Coordinate site requirements and ensure smooth installation and service activities.

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates.

- Maintain project reports, checklists and final project costing.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

- Identify and resolve operational issues during project execution.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of relevant Project Management - Project Execution experience.

- Experience in office furniture, modular furniture, commercial interiors, workplace solutions or related industries will be preferred.

- Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

- Ability to understand installation and contract drawings.

- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of system furniture will be an added advantage.

- Graduate degree/PG in Business or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
