As our new Project Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise in project and stakeholder management will make a measurable impact. You will lead strategic and operational projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, and continuous improvement.

More specifically, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and monitoring cross-functional initiatives, while driving governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement using industry-standard project management methodologies and tools

Responsibilities will further consist of:

- Lead and manage activities throughout the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

- Develop tailored project plans, schedules, and milestones, aligning complexity with business impact

- Establish governance mechanisms, facilitate meetings, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

- Use dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project health, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, aligning resources to meet delivery expectations

- Maintain comprehensive documentation, such as status reports, risk logs, and contribute to PMO best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives

- Ensure budget compliance while adhering to timelines and quality standards

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning with project goals

Main Interfaces / stakeholders:

- Leadership (Managing director, GCC Head of Finance, Group finance controller etc.)

- Global Process Owners (GPOs)

- Finance, HR, administration teams

- Vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies

Your profile

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, preferably in a multi-geographical environment. You are a highly responsible and motivated individual who thrives in a structured, agile setting with a focus on continuous improvement.

We look for the following in a candidate:

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in project planning, execution, and monitoring, with a strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies

- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and aligning diverse teams and external partners

- Highly skilled in project tracking and reporting using tools such as MS Project, Jira, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

- Exhibits a high degree of autonomy, ethical judgment, and a proactive mindset, consistently contributing to operational excellence

- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CAPM are preferred

- Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and clarity
