Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage and deliver complex programs within the OTC Derivatives and FICC trade lifecycle domain.

- Lead Front-to-Back (F2B) transformation programs across the FICC OTC space.

- Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and closure.

- Define program objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.

- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and other stakeholders.

- Effectively engage and manage senior stakeholders, providing regular program updates and driving key decisions.

- Establish and manage strong program governance frameworks and operating processes.

- Drive governance forums, steering committees, status reviews, and program-level reporting.

- Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization and maintain transparency on program progress.

- Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against agreed business outcomes.

- Independently manage programs with minimal oversight and demonstrate strong ownership and accountability.

- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical program-level issues.

- Track program performance against scope, timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management within financial services or investment banking.

- Strong domain experience in OTC Derivatives and FICC products.

- Strong understanding of the FICC OTC trade lifecycle and associated processes.

- Hands-on experience managing Front-to-Back (F2B) transformation programs in the FICC OTC space.

- Proven experience independently managing complex programs with minimal supervision.

- Strong experience in senior stakeholder management and executive-level communication.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in program governance.

- Experience managing multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and issues.

- Strong program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting skills.

- Excellent communication, articulation, presentation, and influencing skills.

- Strong leadership, ownership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex financial services environment.
