Project Manager - ERP Segment

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - ERP to lead and manage end-to-end ERP projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP implementations, stakeholder coordination, SLA management, and project governance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage ERP projects from initiation to closure.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.

- Manage and monitor SLA compliance and service delivery metrics.

- Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal support teams.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Prepare and present weekly project status reports to stakeholders.

- Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.

- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and ITIL processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of overall project management experience.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing ERP projects.

- Strong experience in client handling and stakeholder management.

- Proven ability to manage SLAs and delivery commitments.

- Experience in reporting, documentation, and project governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP and/or ITIL certification.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
