Reports to: Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of ERP systems for manufacturing operations.
- Work closely with functional teams to map existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation across departments.
- Drive quality and process improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
- Identify productivity bottlenecks and implement system-based solutions for efficiency enhancement.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth ERP rollout.
- Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption of new systems and practices.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure improvement in process performance and operational outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Around 5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or ERP implementation within a manufacturing or process industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong eye for detail, ability to execute and get things implemented.
- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work across multiple departments.
