Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for an onsite role in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing ERP projects, ensuring SLA compliance, and acting as a key liaison between clients and internal support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end ERP project implementations

- Ensure SLA compliance and timely delivery of project milestones

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and support teams

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues

- Prepare and present weekly project status reports to stakeholders

- Track risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring smooth project execution

- Maintain project documentation and adherence to best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in ERP project management

- Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation lifecycles

- Proven experience in SLA management and client handling

- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in weekly reporting, MIS, and project tracking

- PMP / ITIL certification is a strong plus
