Job Title: Project Manager
Reporting to: Project Director

Package: Up to 1Cr per annum
Key Requirement:
- Candidates must have managed end-to-end EPC projects valued - 1000-1500 Cr, with a stronger emphasis on MEP over Civil.
- Ideal profiles would have:
1. 20+ years of EPC experience, including 10+ years in leadership
2. Background in large-scale industrial EPC projects
3. Strong capability in planning, execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Accountable for project delivery from mobilization to handover Plan, monitor, and control the project by managing resources, addressing risks, ensuring quality standards, and conducting evaluations as needed.
- Deliver projects within budget, quality, and timelines through effective planning, scheduling, monitoring, change control, and day-to-day project operation.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong client & vendor relationships, ensure continuous engagement, and support project teams with customer feedback and issue prioritization.
- Strategic Oversight: Guides project strategy, risk mitigation, and value engineering.
- Ensures alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Identifies synergies across project structures below him.
- Commercial Acumen: Drives cost control, claims management, and margin protection.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensures adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead, develop, and appraise project teams.
- Ensure the timely and effective management of project documentation, status reporting, and escalations.
