We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for Legal functions within a global healthcare / consumer healthcare organization. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering legal technology transformation projects that modernize legal operations, improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance visibility across the legal ecosystem.

The Project Manager will work closely with Legal, Compliance, IT, Procurement, Finance, and external technology vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with regulatory and governance standards typical of healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Delivery

- Lead end to end delivery of Legal Digital Transformation projects, from initiation through implementation and stabilization

- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics

- Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests

- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, reporting, and controls

Legal Technology Transformation

- Oversee implementation and enhancement of legal technology platforms, such as:

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Legal Service Delivery / Case Management tools

Matter Management and E Billing systems

Document and knowledge management solutions

- Drive digitization, automation, and standardization of legal workflows

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary liaison between Legal leadership, Legal Operations, IT, Compliance, and vendors

- Facilitate regular steering committee, status, and risk review meetings

- Ensure clear communication of progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions

- Manage expectations across global and cross functional stakeholders

Compliance, Risk & Governance

- Ensure project delivery aligns with healthcare regulatory, privacy, and security requirements

- Partner with Compliance, Privacy, and Information Security teams to address:

Data confidentiality and retention

Audit readiness

Risk assessments and controls

- Support validation, documentation, and audit activities as required

Vendor & Financial Management

- Manage third party vendors, system integrators, and consultants

- Oversee vendor deliverables, SLAs, and performance

- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls

- Support procurement and contract management activities
