Looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager with 8-15 years of experience in digital marketing, who is confident delivering multi-channel campaigns as a Project Manager, while also rolling up their sleeves to independently execute Google Ads or Apollo Prospecting campaigns. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing campaign architecture, CAC, CPL, and ROAS as they are collaborating with media, SEO, content, tech, and analytics teams. This is a critical hybrid role, designed for agile professionals who can lead delivery in high-performance environments and maintain an executional edge in performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Project Management & Strategic Execution
- Drive the planning, deployment, and optimisation of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts (global + Indian)
- Define project scopes, timelines, and performance metrics - with accountability on delivery, ROI, and SLA compliance
- Translate business objectives into measurable marketing KPIs - across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Google Ads or Apollo Campaign Ownership (Hands-On Execution)
Google Ads (Mandatory if primary skill):
- Build and manage Search, Display, Video, Performance Max campaigns
- Own full-funnel media strategy - from keyword planning to audience segmentation, bidding strategy, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
- Leverage GA4, Looker Studio, and platform-native tools for optimisation and attribution
Apollo.io (Mandatory if alternate skill):
- Execute B2B outbound campaigns - including list segmentation, cadence creation, A/B copy testing, inbox management, and integration with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Analyse deliverability, reply rates, MQL conversion, and improve campaign health through agile iterations.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned client portfolios
- Participate in discovery sessions, roadmap planning, and strategy meetings
- Deliver performance reviews, dashboards, and insights - aligned with business language (not just marketing jargon).
- Cross-Functional Delivery Alignment
Coordinate daily with internal teams across:
- Paid Media
- SEO & Content
- Design & Development
- Marketing Automation & Analytics
- Drive sprint check-ins, internal QA, and ensure zero delivery slippage.
Campaign Reporting, QA & Optimisation
- Use advanced reporting dashboards (Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, GA4) for real-time tracking
- Conduct root-cause analysis and continuously improve campaign metrics
- Drive innovation with tools, automation, AI-led content/ads, and new media buying strategies.
Who We're Looking For:
Must-Have Experience:
- 8-15 years in digital marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a digital agency
- Direct hands-on experience in Google Ads OR Apollo.io (execution level is non-negotiable)
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder accounts, across geographies
- Strong exposure to global client environments (US/UK/AU) and integrated marketing delivery.
