Project Manager - Design

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- 3+ years of professional design experience.

- Have Experience on interior projects in the residential space, hospitality sector and workspace design.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustrator or other design programs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake a design project from concept to completion.

- The design process involves creating mood boards, furniture layouts, design development, reviewing drawings, site coordination and staging of a project.

- Responsible for selection of material palette and furniture considering the technical and functional aspects of every material and cost as per agreed budget.

- Work with 3D designers to create visuals for the clients.

- Document and convey design solutions to the design and construction team to ensure proper execution.

- Coordinate and collaborate with the teams across sales, procurement and construction to ensure successful delivery of projects, from design through opening and closeout phases.
