Position: Engagement Manager/Delivery Manager

Overall/Total Experience: 7 - 12 years only

Location: Hyderabad

Working Days: 5 Days from Office

Notice Period Requirement: Immediate Joiners Only

Client's Company Size: Startup/Small Enterprise

Working Hours (EST Shift): 9.30 PM - 6.30 AM IST

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client engagements including scope, planning, execution, quality, timelines, and outcomes.

- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, running status conversations, setting expectations, and translating business needs into delivery plans.

- Lead and coordinate offshore teams across time zones, remove blockers, allocate work, and keep delivery on track.

- Understand client business context, challenge assumptions, and proactively propose solutions.

- Own project plans, sprint/release cadence, status reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder updates.

- Manage scope and change requests cleanly with client and internal teams.

- Be accountable for quality of deliverables and engagement outcomes.

- Drive retrospectives and process improvements to enhance delivery predictability and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong Engagement / Delivery Manager Profile with end-to-end offshore delivery ownership and a consultant mindset.

- Must have 7+ years as Engagement Manager/Delivery Manager/Program Manager owning offshore delivery for external clients.

- Must have proven end-to-end delivery ownership including scope, planning, execution, quality, and outcomes - not purely ceremony facilitation.

- Must have a genuine consultant mindset able to understand client business problems, ask right questions, and shape solutions.

- Must have strong, confident client-facing communication skills with ability to own difficult conversations and serve as primary point of contact.

- Must have proven ability to lead cross-functional offshore teams and maintain delivery accountability across time zones.

- Must have a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum, project planning, risk/issue management, and stakeholder management.

- Must be willing and able to support EST business hours for US-based clients and stakeholders.

Preferred:

- Bachelor's degree.

- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications (secondary to demonstrated ownership).

- Experience with no-code/low-code platform projects.

- Experience with insurance clients.
