Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end data and messaging projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.

- Oversee implementation and enhancement of data management and messaging solutions to support enterprise requirements.

- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and business units.

- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to ensure successful delivery.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across messaging and database environments.

- Prepare and present regular status reports, risk assessments, and governance updates to senior leadership.

Skills Required:

- Proven experience managing data and messaging-related projects in complex enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of data management principles, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Experience implementing or managing enterprise messaging platforms.

- Ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders across business and technology teams.

- Knowledge of database management concepts and data lifecycle processes (preferred).

- Strong analytical, risk management, and decision-making skills.

- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
